LDTP LMS helps Youth Arise Organisation manage programme learning, attendance, resources, reviews, communication, payments and certificate progress.

Information we collect

We collect the information needed to run the LDTP programme, including your name, email address, contact number, school or institution, residence or location, cohort, team, role, attendance records, programme progress, submissions, diary entries, uploaded files, reviews, feedback, payment records and certificate details.

Why we collect it

This information is used for programme administration, communication, learning support, workshop and assignment tracking, team coordination, attendance records, fee records, certificate eligibility, reporting and programme improvement.

Who can access it

Your information is available only to authorized LDTP, YAO and SEN programme staff based on their assigned role and programme responsibility. For example, participants can see their own work, while approved staff may view the participants, teams, cohorts or reports assigned to them.

What you should know

Keep your login details private.
Do not share your password with anyone.
Use the profile page to keep your contact, school or institution, and residence details up to date.
Contact support if your name, email, cohort, team or certificate details need correction.
